Research Area:

Dr. Xie has worked in Institute of Bast Fiber Crops (IBFC) since 2012. Dr. Xie’s research focuses mainly on the function of probiotics, the development of fermented functional foods and new cosmetic ingredient. Dr. Xie has presided over one Young Scientists Fund project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and two projects of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
